Q: Can I only order what I see here on the site?
A: No way!! Cupcake Envy specializes in custom designed mini cakes. So, if you like what you see and have a specific design in mind, simply email us your design request and will work with you to make it happen.

Q: Are there size options for the mini cakes?
A: Most of our designs are available in 2 sizes: 1-2 servings or 3-4 servings.

Q: Do I have a choice of icing or cake flavors?
A: Yes, our mini cakes can be designed using fondant, buttercream, and royal icing.  Although our customers’ have fallen in love with our tried-and-true vanilla and chocolate flavors, we can custom-flavor any mini-cake design.

Q: How much time is needed to make my order?
A: We ask that you place your order at least 2 weeks before the event date. If we are creating a custom design for you, we appreciate 3 weeks notice to give us time to develop the concept and determine the price. * Special deadlines can be considered, but please contact us first to see if arrangements are possible.

Q: May I have my order delivered?
A: Orders may be picked up or delivered within the Raleigh area. Cupcake Envy is also shipping these quirky little cakes nationwide.

Q: Can an order be canceled once ordered?
A: Yes, if you have to cancel your order, you may do so up to a week before the order date. Holiday orders must be cancelled no less than 3 weeks before the pickup date due to the high volume of orders.

Q: Does Cupcake Envy have a standard pricelist?
A: Cupcake Envy’s mini cake designs are determined by the serving size and complexity of the design. Prices for our designs start at $25.00 per serving.
